Build capacity before intensity.
You earn the right to train harder by first owning clean, controlled movement through full usable range, with enough volume and time-under-tension that your form doesn’t collapse under fatigue. Intensity is a test, not the foundation—because if capacity isn’t built, the body “cheats” with compensations (joints/tendons pay later). The rule: if you can’t repeat it tomorrow with similar quality and low pain, you didn’t truly own it.
Our method is simple: build control, expand pain-free range, and increase capacity before intensity. When the body moves well, strength follows and fat loss becomes a by-product, not the obsession.
