Mantavya Gaur brings over seven years of practical training experience combined with ongoing education in physiotherapy. His journey began with a personal transformation—overcoming mobility limitations through dedicated calisthenics practice—and evolved into a mission to help others achieve pain-free movement and sustainable strength.
