Many individuals train hard without first learning how to move effectively, which leads to recurring pain, stiffness, compensation, and inconsistency. This program addresses that issue by fixing the order of training.
In the Crosthenics Foundation Batch, you will first learn how to control your body, then focus on building capacity, and finally progress intensity without sacrificing movement quality. This systematic approach has already benefited trainees, trainers, and physiotherapy students, helping them understand training as more than just a series of exercises.
To further expand access to the Crosthenics method, online strength training batches are now available for those outside Jodhpur, providing structure, guidance, correction, and progression.

We offer both online and offline services, including our Crosthenics Foundation Batch and a movement-control program designed for effective online strength training.

Offline Batch: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Online Morning Batch: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Online Evening Batch: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
